This was a big day.  I'm working on a story that lays out the events of the day.  Until then, check out the captions of the photos for a sneak peek.

While Shannon and I got ready for going out, Griffin decided for an
advanced look at some of his presents.

The Dog was intrigued too.
In his Grand Auntie Gus' honor, we went to see the World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions.

Griffin slept through the
first part of the show.
This 1 was trained to leap and kick out like an
Ancient General's horse would be trained to do.
Griffin got into the second
half of the show.
After the show, we headed to Grandma Jeanne's for the big party.
Griffin wasn't much into wearing his Birthday hat.
Grandma's cake order included a smaller free cake for Griffin.
We decided to strip him down to his T-Shirt and let him have at it.
The next 30 or so pictures are a record of that event.
Grammy wasn't happy with the mess he made in her Kitchen. It's likely that this
event won't be repeated for any other Grandchildren.  At least not in her house.
Griffin got to have a second bath that day in the kitchen sink.

Here's the cake the rest
of us had to share.
It snowed that night and the next morning and Griffin got to play in the fresh, wet snow.
